How long Bath and Body Works body lotions and shower gel last?

I have some lotions and gels that are several years old. Are they still safe to use or should I throw? Will the smell?

I have some over 10 years that still smell the same. They have preservatives and fragrance oils in them, even though the color may change, the mine still smell fresh. It just depends on what he thinks, but only a few years are still good. It's not like a perfume that goes wrong after a couple of years anyway.

I have something of this kind of pink grapefruit moisturizer and AWESOME. My hair smells so great and incredibly soft.

Once used to clean with soap. That was weird! It felt like someone spit on me.
