Do you know a really good hand and nail cream / oil thats not too expensive. Anything else that might work?

I live in northern United Kingdom and 63 hours, but of course, look younger and wants to continue, but the nails are not as good, probably with both gardening, etc.

Hello! I live in northern Britain (Lake District) and my work is gardening to others, so I sympathize with you. I use a range of rotate products as I find better results. I think your skin adapts to a product which in turn makes it work less efficiently. The products we use are Elemis Cream Hand and nail is the most expensive one I use, but lasts a long time and is really bright. I also use Palmers cocoa butter, aqueous cream, which can be obtained from any good chemists, and occasionally for treatment, using pure lavender oil (which also keeps flies when you're the garden!). Try to remember to put cream in their hands every time I wash the dishes or do, etc., and also before putting it in the garden (use gloves if possible) and later. Hope this helps.
